Overview

The WALLETS section is used for creating wallets. Offer different virtual currencies to gamify the customer experience and boost engagement. Build a points-based loyalty program that grants rewards for targeted customer actions. Incorporate points into gamified challenges to inspire ongoing engagement.

You can create wallets for various purposes:

• Points wallet
• Internal currency wallet
• Cashback wallet
• Experience wallet

Types

In the loyalty program, WALLETS can be of two types:

• Standard wallet – the user can accumulate points and bonuses on it;
• Wallet with payment function – in addition to the basic functions, the user can also spend accumulated UNITS to make real payments.

The WALLETS section works on a simple principle:

• Create one universal wallet that will be linked to the entire loyalty program, from awarding points for reviews to making real purchases;
• Or create several wallets with different currencies (money and experience), different cashback rates, and conversion values.
