The ACHIEVEMENTS section is one of the key elements of gamification in a loyalty program. Its main goal is to motivate users to interact more actively with your website or product.
You can create ACHIEVEMENTS that encourage users to perform specific business actions. For example:
Create a wide range of ACHIEVEMENTS to celebrate customer accomplishments and loyalty;
Boost engagement with ACHIEVEMENTS that reflect user activity and status;
Create a sense of progression by rewarding customer effort and activity.
ACHIEVEMENTS can be displayed in the user profile. This creates a sense of status and allows users to showcase their expertise or activity to others.
The ACHIEVEMENTS section follows a simple principle:
Choose what the user must do CONDITION to receive the ACHIEVEMENT;
Choose the REWARD for earning the ACHIEVEMENT.
Types
In the loyalty program, ACHIEVEMENTS can be issued in two ways:
Assign a CONDITION, and once it’s completed, the user receives the ACHIEVEMENT.
Do not assign a CONDITION when creating the ACHIEVEMENT, but instead select it as a REWARD for completing a MISSION in the CHALLENGES section.
In this case, the user can only receive the ACHIEVEMENT by completing a specific MISSION.
The created ACHIEVEMENT without a CONDITION will be shown among all achievements, but the requirement for earning it will indicate the name of the MISSION that must be completed.
